We want you to be fully satisfied with your LIV Golf gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any packing slips to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
